  • Syndicate implement Simpro - job, stock, asset, purchasing and invoicing management software
Syndicate are currently implementing Simpro enterprise software. This will replace our existing system and gives us the ability to integrate our job quoting, tracking,purchasing and invoicing  with our stock and asset and management system. This will further enhance and expand the services we currently provide to our clients and customers.
  • Syndicate provide additional and ongoing training for all technical staff across Australia

 As part of our company's continuous improvement philosophy, Syndicate are currently  working with an RTO to provide training for all technical staff Australia  wide, in Cert III Telecommunications. Although technical staff already hold various trade and industry qualifications, we wanted to create a common and baseline formal training program for all existing staff and any new members that join our team in the future.

Position Description:
Syndicate Communications currently has permanent vacancies for Optical Fibre Splicer’s to work on projects within the Commercial and Telecommunications sectors. Must have be fully capable of OTDR testing and preparation of workbooks.

Telecommunications Installation Technicians

· Understanding of Telstra databases and Management Systems.
· Broad range experience in exchange Equipment Installation,
Commissioning and Decommissioning.
· Ability to understand and interpret complex Telstra and other Carrier
design packs.
· Ability to be able to work both unsupervised or part of a team.
· Installation of super structure and racks.
· Electrical power & earthing DC).
· DSLAM and ISAM and installation experience advantageous.
· Fibre splicing and Testing experience advantageous.
· Other Carrier experience an advantage but not essential.

· Design experience an advantage but not essential.
