The Syndicate Field App is an internal business application provided by Syndicate Communications Pty Ltd for authorised employees and approved users.The app provides access to scheduled jobs, timesheets, clock-on and clock-off functions, workplace notifications, audits, compliance documents, uniform and PPE requests, and Tech Assist.

When requesting assistance, please include:
    • Your name and employee or staff ID
    • Your phone model
   • The app version you are using
   • A brief description of the problem
   • A screenshot of any error message, where appropriate
Do not include your PIN, password or other sensitive information in a support request.

    • Missing or incorrect scheduled jobs
    • Clock-on and clock-off problems

    • Vehicle, safety and compliance audits

Some app functions require an internet connection, location permission, camera access or notification permission. Check the app permissions in your phone settings if one of these functions is unavailable.

Urgent safety matters
The app is not an emergency service.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 000. Workplace hazards, incidents and urgent operational matters should also be reported directly to your supervisor in accordance with Syndicate Communications procedures.

Privacy
Information submitted through the app is handled in accordance with the Syndicate Field App Privacy Policy.

Authorised use
The Syndicate Field App is intended only for authorised Syndicate Communications personnel. Access may be suspended or withdrawn when it is no longer required.
